A couple of hours work this afternoon. 'Blue Barn' is a painting based on a drawing made at Tunstall, near Wolsingham. The second work is from a life drawing 'Figure 2' . Neither work is finished.  ' Blue Barn' - Unfinished ' Figure 2' - Unfinished 

 I have not used this blog for a while, so how long I continue to use it is uncertain but here goes. The morning spent finishing the painting 'Oranges, Gull and 3 appropriately arranged pears' which will be up for sale in a few days as orange takes a little while to dry. The afternoon was spent doing a rough and quick life drawing elements of which I will keep for a further more refined rendition, I may also use the negative image of the drawing for a possible screen or cyanotype series of prints.
